ANALISIS SISTEM FILLING DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS DI UPTD PUSKESMAS RESAK KABUPATEN KUTAI BARAT TAHUN 2023

Abstrak
Medical records were records containing the results of services provided to a patient and had to be kept confidential and secure. Therefore, a filling system was needed to regulate the storage of medical records in the medical record room. Preliminary studies that had been carried out at the Resak Health Center revealed that the health center had not yet been able to implement electronic medical records. This raised the problem of improper storage of medical records, affected by human resources, storage systems, and storage facilities. The purpose of the research was to analyze the system of filling medical records, utilizing qualitative research with a descriptive approach to case studies. Data sources consisted of primary and secondary data. Data validation techniques included source triangulation and theory, with data analysis employing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were based on observations and interviews conducted in the management of the filling of medical records documents by two medical records officers. The storage system utilized centralization in its compilation, employing the Unit Numbering System and alignment using Straight Numbering Filing. Medical record documents were stored in snelhecter maps, then merged into folders and stored on storage shelves in the medical record room. Exit-in control of medical records was implemented using a tracer, and security was ensured using manual lock security door. Recommendations for the Resak Health Center included carrying out the calculation of the needs of the medical records officers, compiling a policy on rewards and punishments for the officers, performing routine performance evaluations, creating a storage system policy, calculating medical record storage shelves, and repairing the security door lock of the medical record room. Additionally, it was advised to install air conditioning and a room temperature meter in the medical record room to maintain the quality of the medical records.
